ACT RESILIENT began as a college credit acting class on the military bases, (meeting once a week for ten weeks.)   Delighted to see the immediate positive impact it has had on service men and women to help them deal with extreme stress, she expanded the program to help assist with the alarming rise of PTSD and related symptoms students who have had multiple deployments were experiencing.   She really wanted to do something to help, and my students have reported that this expanded acting program was very effective in helping them cope and find new and positive emotional choices.
